Commercial design

So, how does this actually work?

Whether you've worked with an interior designer previously or not, it's great to get a refresher before starting your project. Below, I intend to answer questions you may have about the process so that you and your coworkers can feel comfortable taking this next step forward.

What is expected during this process?

Your home should feel deeply personal, which is why your voice is an important part of our process. We’ll take the time to understand how your family lives, what you’re drawn to, what isn’t working, and how you want your home to feel. Whether you share inspiration images, a Pinterest board, or simply talk us through your ideas, we’ll thoughtfully interpret your vision and transform it into a cohesive design created especially for you.

We also understand that beginning a design project can bring plenty of questions. How long will the process take? What happens if something doesn’t feel quite right? From our first conversation through the final installation, we’ll clearly guide you through each phase, explain what to expect, and provide opportunities for thoughtful feedback, so you can feel confident, cared for, and excited as your home comes together.

Real talk

Sometimes design times or product orders can get backed up...

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces take time. Every project has its own timeline, and factors such as project scope, seasonal demand, custom fabrication, product availability, and shipping can influence how quickly everything comes together. At the beginning of your project, we’ll provide a clear understanding of the anticipated design timeline and keep you informed if circumstances beyond our control require it to shift.

When your design is presented, we’ll walk you through each selection and explain how it contributes to the room as a whole. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’ll have an opportunity to share thoughtful feedback through our revision process. At the same time, we ask our clients to approach each presentation with an open mind and trust the vision behind it, because sometimes the most unexpected selection becomes the detail that brings the entire space together.

How it works

  • 01

We'll start out doing an initial consultation! I'll come to your work space and take pictures and measurements and chat with you about what your expectations are for the project.

  • 02

Next, I'll take all of that information back with me and design your custom mood boards. I will send those over for your approval before we commence with ordering.

  • 03

Lastly, we'll order the products and when they arrive we will do your installation. Design Days are my absolute favorite where the client (and their customers) gets to see the vision come to life!

Not nearly as expensive as you thought?

It’s worth every penny.

Being in an office space that fosters comfort instead of chaos and security instead of overwhelm is worth every penny in my personal opinion. Great design can help make or break a sale or business relationship! Not to mention the amount of security your employees feel when they step into a warm and inviting workspace.

Thinking your office may need a facelift? Not a problem. Reach out to me for a consultation today!
