Christmas is just around the corner, and with it comes decorating trees, hanging garlands, fluffing bows, and preparing your home for the people you love. Let Cardinal Interiors create a beautifully finished, holiday-ready home without you having to lift a finger.

Before you apply

Before applying for our 2026 Christmas Design and Decorating services, please review the following requirements.

Christmas projects require a minimum investment of $2,500. At least $1,500 of the total project investment must be allocated toward new décor and products.
Cardinal Interiors is happy to incorporate select Christmas décor from previous holiday seasons. However, each project must include a refreshed overall design rather than simply reinstalling the client's existing decorations.
Cardinal Interiors does not install exterior Christmas lights or hang outdoor wreaths in elevated or difficult-to-access locations. Styling a basic wreath on an easily accessible front or back door, covered patios and mailbox swags may be included.
All Christmas trees must be fully assembled, placed in their designated locations, and plugged in before our design team arrives. If the tree is not pre-lit, all lights must also be installed and tested in advance.
Availability is limited, and applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Submitting an application does not guarantee or reserve an installation date. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once all required booking steps, including the signed agreement and applicable payment, have been completed.
Depending on the size and scope of the project, one or more design assistants may be required. Any additional staffing needs and associated fees will be communicated before installation.
Design fees are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month. A 75% deposit is required for all products ordered in advance. The remaining product balance, outstanding design fees, installation labor, and any additional project expenses will be invoiced following installation. All fees go towards the required $2,500 project minimum investment.

After you complete the above application, Jena Peeples, our Lead Christmas Designer, will reach out to you to schedule an initial call to further discuss your project. We will follow up in October with designs for your specific spaces and move forward with ordering your products for a November or December installation.
